    Hello,

I was in a restaurant in America recently called the Outback Steakhouse, they give you a small loaf of bread at the beginning and it tastes absolutely amazing.
I had a quick search on the internet, and I seem to have found one for it (hopefully it's accurate :))

    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070726060844AA2qGeP

In the recipe, there is two different things I am confused about: one the measurement units are American cups and I am unsure what exactly they equate to in g's
    Dough:
    1 1/2 cups warm water
    2 tablespoons butter, softened
    1/2 cup honey
    2 cups bread flour
    1 2/3 cups wheat flour
    1 tablespoon cocoa
    1 tablespoon granulated sugar
    2 teaspoons instant coffee
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 1/4 teaspoons (1 pkg.) yeast

    Coloring:
    1/4 cup water

secondly, in the recipe it states that
    75 drops red food coloring
    45 drops blue food coloring
    30 drops yellow food coloring

should be added, what exactly is a 'drop'? It's hardly a conventional drop as you would probably be there all day pouring it and do I use standard food colouring?

    Thanks,

    Kevin.
