    Okai.. This isn't actually for me. As I have got the course I've wanted..
    It's for my friend.. She was planning on repeating and was told by her school she was able.. Then all of a sudden they turned around and said look you can't repeat? And now she can't do ANYTHING for the year....
    So she was trying to look into some PLCs cause it's her last option..
    I was wondering if it's too late to sign up for PLCs or is there still a chance?

    It's not too late. Get her to get in touch with her local VEC.
