Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

As a temporary stopgap, if you're using Windows you could use the On-Screen Keyboard instead.

Turn On and Use On-Screen Keyboard:

    Windows XP

    Windows Vista

    Windows 7

Can you try the keyboard in another computer to see if it behaves erratically in that too? Or do you have another keyboard you can try in your computer?

PC just froze and I had to turn it off but when i turned it back on the keyboard is working fine! it is a laptop so cant remove keyboard and dont have a keyboard around to test!

    Thanks!

Any idea what the cause may be? or will the error return?

Ah, the old "turn it off and on again" solution. :P

But I've no idea what would have caused it and whether it'll happen again though.
