    Rozanne Stevens.

Dunno why she isn't on anymore. Hopefully she's busy doing well.

I liked her on the PK show. Always in good form, bright and bubbly.
Nice food and cooking tips too.

Definately a loss to the show. I saw her at Bloom doing a demonstration in one of the gardens. She had great interaction with the small crowd around her. Even laughing and joking about what it was like to work with Pat and answering general cooking questions as she prepared the dish. I'm amazed she doesn't have her own show at this point.

Another informative piece about the French presidential election. Wish some journalist would bite the bullet and say the real reason Sarkozy has not declared yet, is cos he can get the state (rather than his party) to pay for his (very expensive) appearances.

Example: He visited my partner's home village (a tiny spot) about 6 weeks ago and there were 500+ police drafted in for security! Imagine the cost!

Hardly a day goes by now without some racy stuff in it. Steady on there, Pat, you'll be giving the nation heart attacks.

Yesterday Pat and Des Cahill were discussing Mick McCarthys departure from Wolves. Des mentioned that Mick would be quite comfortable financially and that even mangers ath the bottom of the league were on salaries of 1 million pounds. Cue silence, from Pat, he was probably thinking how difficut it is to run a house whilst earning less than €1 million a year:)

No matter what you say about Pat.

But the research done for him is very good and he really knows his topic. Is he just reading out some questions a researcher typed out?

Anyway Pat is a clever guy IMHO.:)

More revelations about the ambush of Sean Gallagher. Pat desperately trying to pin all the blame on Sinn Fein, Sean Gallagher, the Fuel smuggler, the woman in the audience, the tweeter, Fianna Fail etc etc and completely airbrushing his involvement out of the picture. He sounds under pressure and defensive and laughing nervously. He knows he was conned into pulling the trigger on Gallagher and he's caught by the short and curlies if the journalistic standards of that show are put under scrutiny.

Should professional soldiers escort money around the country Brian?

Thought that strange, insofar as I pass by the sportsfield of the main Barracks in Limerick (Sarsfield) often enough and the grass there is cut and maintained by troops.

    Great pitch there, btw.;)

In any case why tender this out even at the Curragh?, there are surely enough soldiers to spare to sit on a few mowers now and then. Hardly going to stop the imminent invasion by The Swiss Guard in retaliation for closing down the Vatican Embassy one way or another.

i thought pat nearly buried himself with that one when it was said to him "you work in RTE, But your not expected to do the grass"

and he said "but im doing stuff"

so now the armed forces know what PAT thinks they do all day !

    :):):):)

Your one hasn't a clue. She thought she was going to come on and tell the country that she wants to give them money but as soon as the proposal was put under the slightest scrutiny she collapsed. It's no wonder Pat got angry. This gob****e is typical of the fools we elect to run the country mouth 10 days ahead of their brain.

Were you listening? There wasn't a great deal of scrutiny of her proposal. Pat did go off on a rant about another, unrelated, pension matter.

Good god more Dubs complaining about paying for their bins. The rest of the country went through this same scandal years ago and it hardly got mentioned on the media. Move on lads. The rest of the country had to move on years ago.

Holy ****! I was shocked when that was read out. But his plan was to sell the house he was living in and use the profit to buy the apartment and be mortgage free. That's one hell of a profit he was aiming for and part of me can't help thinking he gambled and in effect hoped to have some other poor sucker pay for his apartment.
