UPC broadband

Anyone know if their broadband is available in Roscommon? I'm currently with eircom on a 7mb package and its pure sh$£e to be honest. Are the speeds on UPC's website accurate? Seems to good to be true, but I'd definitely move if they were and it was available to me down here.
