Good drummer required for covers band in Wexford

    We are looking for a drummer to complete our rock covers three-piece. Our current drummer is just not up to scratch and will be receiving his P45 shortly, wrapped up inside an invitation to AA.

    We are 40-somethings, guitar and bass/vocals, doing Chili Peppers, Zeppelin, Floyd, Lizzy, Foo Fighters, etc. and can actually play. If you are a drummer and can also 'actually play', and want to join a fun-ish band playing in the Wexford/Gorey area, then we want to hear from you.

    You will also need:
    A drumkit and some sticks;
    Your own transport;
    A mobile phone that you actually answer.

    Sorry lads, I've just signed up to a band in Dublin, otherwise i'd be all over this!

    Give me a shout if your struggling to find someone and I might be able to give you a dig out.

    Hi Silkfield,

    I am vocialist guitarist looking to join a gigging covers band along the lines of the band you outlined, any room for a 4th in your threesome?

    Happy to play anything as long as the crowds love it and have my own transport, small pa which could be upgraded, my own gear etc.
