cheapest fence

    What would be the cheapest and reasonably decent looking fencing for around the front of a house. Could you use chain link or would it look awful. ?Picket type is 28 euro per meter i was told. I have 20 meters altogether

    You have No Interest in using a Hedge? Bare rooted Hedging can be got from 25 plants for 30 quid .. 2/3 plants per Metre ...

    I would have but need to completely block off the front In fact i may put hedge/trees inside the fence

    Then you could use a chain link fence and plant next to it a Hedge...

    If it is a cat No fence will keep them Out...
    Same with a Fox...

    6ft 6x3 posts 6.50
    16ft 4x2 rails 7 odd quid

    Im in the middle of doing mine, found the best prices in a place in duleek.

    how close are the poles and rails? can dogs get through? Thanks

    Approx 4.3 feet between each post.

    Yes dogs would be able to get under unless you put green mesh up.

    Just like this one but with 3 rails.
