Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey dudes,

This years Cannonball kicks off in Merrion Square tomorrow and was thinking of going in for a gawk coz I'm off work this week. Their website says registration starts at 7a.m. and they will be leaving at 10a.m. so thinking of going in for about 9a.m.

Anyone there last year? What were the traffic restrictions like? Where did you park?

    (Yes, I will take pics!)

You can drive behind or something, but it's for fairly expensive exotic(ish) cars really. Does your Fiesta have a 5L V8?

Over in Frank Keane BMW earlier, they had the M1 and the 850 all kitted out in the Cannonball Logos. There was an X5 with logos on too, but that looked like a crew vehicle or something.

Spotted an R8 with the logos on it this evening on the way home. Should be a good run of exotica again, as usual.

When did the OSI change where Merrion Square and Westport is?

    Untitled_1.jpg

Westport changed county to Galway, somewhere near Tuam, miles from any "port"

Merrion square is up the Dublin/Wicklow mountains

    Who drew these maps???????

Took a spin down to Merrion Sq earlier, despite the rain there was a very very fine exotica!

458 Italia being a highlight! Diable, Gallardo, 911's, astons, Porsche's, get40 (replika?) and more!

Tomorrow morning should be good! Going to try and get up earlier and take a few snaps before work.

...indeed - 3 visits in Co Galway ?

“And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, generates funds to the exchequer. You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”
