    hi anybody know of beginners classes for self defence be it karate,kung fu tiquando?
    no agenda just looking to try something different and keep fit but don`t want to join with 20 bruce lees if ya know what i mean !

    There's Kung Fu classes every Saturday for adults and kids in the Holy Family Centre, Ballsgrove, Drogheda. I can PM you the name and phone number of the instructor if interested.

    Wayne Fagans gym on shop street is the best in the town. Its newly opened and sepicialises in BJJ, MMA and thai boxing.

    You leave your ego at the door and its high intensity fitness. Theres a monthly fee and is opened Monday to Saturday.
