    I'm sure you can, but not legally and you won't be told here how to get it illegally.

    Yes, you can get a 30 day trial. It's pretty easy to find this out if you use a search engine thing. I think there's one called Google.

    Depending on what you want (code view or wysiwyg), there are some free alternatives to Dreamweaver, but for both code view development and visual editor Dreamweaver is the best there is.
