Its not dreadful value, if the mobo, RAM, case, cooling and PSU weren't trash. Unfortunately, I suspect they are...

Also the graphics card is a bit underspecced - if its a workstation why slap in anything more than a G220, if its a multirole rig then why not put in a GTX460?!?
