    I have been working for a training company in Claremorris and have trained classes. The owner has never given me a written contract [only verbal] and has now done everything possible to delay my payment. I am owned payment since May 2010 for work done and it is now September 2010. Can anyone help me and let me know what my options are.

    If you are self employed, sue. If you are an employee, Rights Commissioner.

    Continually send a statement every month every month to him of money outstanding and ensure you follow up with a phone call.

    Keep at him every week/month.

    Or else threathen to hand over the bill to a debt collection agency.
