I was reading a thread in the prison forum and came across this post...

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=67939807&postcount=7

Boysgo is a gay dating website for the curious who don't want to click.

Is it reasonable to assume from this that Admins can see what sites Boardsies are looking at apart from Boards?

I think its more likely that one of the other accounts that TD was referring to was spamming that particular website and TD had to check it out as part of him forming an educated opinion before banning the spammer.

I could be wrong though. Its been known to happen.

    Absolutely not. :)

From what I saw in front of me, it appeared that he was actually posting from that address. As in, he could have been an employee, or something. When you make a post on Boards.ie, the internet address you post from is logged.

So I pulled up the site and to say I was somewhat surprised was an understatement.

    Cheers, Tom.

It just seemed a little off by itself. Thanks for the explanation.

    :D

    :pac:

I'd be really embarrassed if my gay friends found out I'd been perusing regular porn.

It's a gay something site. I didn't actually hang around long enough to get the exact details.

I'm all for people celebrating their sexuality ... but I question their web acumen.

As a market segment, curious people who don't want to click ... that seems like a real niche market ... y'know?

Eff off and pay for it yourselves! At least now I know where my "Two donkeys, one cup" file went.:D

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

Not anymore, but when you used to type www.boards.com it was a link to a gay man2man chat phone number, in the States somewhere.

The constant Freudian-slip always left me wondering am I actually a Boardsie or not.

    Yeah, sorry about that.

    It should be fixed now.
