Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I shudder to think what kind of sex face O'Shea would have pulled if he'd scored that!

Not that you're at all biased, being a supporter of one of these smaller teams.;)
Yeah I suppose my other post in this thread points to bias on my part.

It didn't touch his hand or arm though? Think you are being a little paranoid there.
I remember Samba making an almost identical block against United last year and they were saying it should have been a penalty.

I don't remember to be honest, but where they saying it even when it was clear it wasn't a handball like this one?

    Yeah not biased at all.

You're imagining a problem when there isn't really one there.

Please, let's not turn this into a "Sky Sports commentators are crap" thread.

    There's dozens of them already.

The Everton fans are really pumped up.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,328 ✭✭✭✭ctrl-alt-delete

Everton not having as much possession as they were at the start, but still having the better chances,

They really are suffering from not having an out and out striker up there, being reduced to long shots,

Baines had a great chance there, really should have done better.

Everton much the better side right now.

Can you please make a good point about something. I'm talking about biased commentary here. I said it was a great block. What is your problem?

I'm not making something up, I gave an example but there are loads of occasions where something similar happened and the commentators suggest the big four team had penalty claims.

Seemed to take an age for that ball to get to Scholes,

    excellent save considering the deflection,

    Top marks Howard.

Just another example of a fan of a small time club with a small time mentality tbh. You're always banging on about the top four vs the rest, its obvious you have a major chip on your shoulder.

Its a pity really you let stuff like that cloud your vision because its obvious that otherwise you know your stuff.:(

Fletcher done well down the wing there.

It doesn't cloud my judgement at all. I was just making a random thought post about commentators. How would that cloud my judgement about the game?
I don't have any chip on my shoulder either. Pull me up anytime you think I'm posting something biased about a team, well except Burnley or Bolton.

1-1, should have been a free against united, evans on cahill

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,021 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

Everton fans won't be happy about that. It did look like Cahill was fouled at the edge of the box.

Great cross from Nani and good finish by Fletcher.

That United goal could very well be the turning point in the game.
