    Is it Funk it or Fuzzed up that are in Waterford? I know it's the same owner, he has one store in Clonmel and one in Waterford across from City Square. They unlock phones as far as I know. At least they did up to a few years back anyway.

    gsm doesnt unlock certain types of mobiles.

    Hi depending on your technical knowledge most HTC phones can be unlocked yourself... When I had a HTC i used the xda developers forum for info... If you feel confident messing around with it yourself check them out
