Fuss roller shutter door problem.

I have a fuss roller shutter door and my mrs closed it last week not realising that there was an obstruction,as a result it wont operate now by the button or remote. There is power still at the control box and it "clicks" when the button is pushed,so im wondering if there is an overide button or a re set switch that will…
