Giving notice to Three of account cancellation-Looking for contact details?

    Hi,

    My wife's contract term with 3 is up and she wants to leave. I believe she has to give 1 months notice when leaving.

    I cannot find any numbers on their website that would point her to where she can cancel. I know with Meteor they have a specific cancellations dept you can ring. Would any know it?

    Yeah I trying avoid wasting a couple of hours by getting a more direct route. 3 customer service is a pretty frustrating experience

    Actually looks like she's gotten out without having to give 1 months notice. That's what she was told on the phone anyhow. sweet if it's true
