Wiggle delivery times?

Ordered some stuff grom Wiggle last Tuesday & still no sign

.

Just wondering is this the norm for Wiggle or should I give them a shout?

did you check the priorty dispatch? wiggle are crap and can take more than a week.i ordered shoes on a monday from wiggle and the pedals from crc on the friday, got both on the following tuesday. this was two weeks ago.

crc ftw.

I ordered last week, dispatched on monday according to the email and still no sign. If I'm in a rush I don't normally bother with Wiggle, they have never been that fast.

waited best part of 8 working days, I emailed them and they said I would have to allow another 3 before they would do anything. a bit unhelpful on the delivery stuff.
package turned up the next day.
I suppose they get chancer's saying something didn't turn up when in fact it did.

I've ordered three times from Wiggle over the past four months and once from CRC. Wiggle generally seem to take about 4-5 working days to reach me, the exception being a bike rack that took over two weeks. CRC from memory were 4 days for a smallish package.

When I tried calling Wiggle re the bike rack, I couldn't get through, so ended up emailing, which just got an automated response. Your luck may be better.

I ordered some stuff last Wednesday & it arrived this morning. I didn't pay the extra for priority dispatch either.

I ordered brake pads on Thursday and they arrived today.I was pleasently surprised!

I ordered stuff on Thursday that arrived today too. Not even using priority dispatch. The longest I've waited for stuff from Wiggle was 4 working days.. Maybe I just got lucky!

as long as it takes

around a week or so, order earlier if you need stuff urgently

Turns out my stuff arrived today, it just ended up in a neighbour's house.

So dispatched Monday, arrived a week later.
