Vodafone 8mb - Not 8mb for everybody

The LIE!

I bought 8mb online after leaving UTV 8mb.
Online only says 8mb and the different download speeds.
And the enhanced BB will be added when available!

The TRUTH!

You do not get 8mb unless you already have the enhanced BB.
You get either 3, 7 or 24 depending on package.(instead of 8, 8 or 24)

So now all i know is I have 3mb BB and have to wait 3 months for 8mb.(or more)

I could have stayed with my old 8mb until the 8mb was available or gone to somebody else.

1 month after order i'm told my order is lost.
So i reorder and don't get what I ordered!
I had to pay a disconnection fee to switch networks(UTV).

This is the BIGGEST false advertising I've ever seen!

it says nothing tough that you have to be on enchanced broadband to get those 'upto 8mb speeds' tough vodafone are a joke with advertising this

Yes but i had 8mb, was told i could get 17.4mb and got 3mb instead.

up to 3mb!

8mb is for enhanced areas only!!! Thats the point.:rolleyes:

Different equipment, different provider.

They seem to have mis-sold you the product though as they actually said what the max speed was.

they may have just put you on a 3 meg profile, might be worth pming darren here or ringing voaphone asking what profile your on and then asking them to change it
