Luther wasn't infallible and he never claimed to be infallible ... and I note the following from your linked wikipedia article:-
"Since the 1980s, some Lutheran church bodies have formally denounced and dissociated themselves from Luther's discriminatory writings on the Jews. It has to distance itself from every [expression of] anti-Judaism in Lutheran theology."

Old Testament Law doesn't apply to Christian era of God's Grace. Christians are under God's grace ... and they are not under His Law. For example, Paul makes it clear that Jewish Law, like circumcision, does not apply to Christians:-

Galatians 5:5-6 (New International Version, ©2010)
5 For through the Spirit we eagerly await by faith the righteousness for which we hope. 6 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.
Old Testament Law only ever applied to the Israelite Peoples ... and it never applied to the Gentiles.
