Oskars closed?

Just hear that Oskars have stopped trading. They were opened for lunch today but just got word they have closed. I also hear that they closed last night at 9pm. As far as I am aware Oskars is owned by Bob Tweedy and is not in the tweedy group. I maybe wrong in saying that but either way I thought the pub was safe.
