Fancy something sweet - need ideas?

Just back from hols, ate very littke in the 2 weeks and have a bad dose of the munchies. Anyone any ideas as to what I could bake/cook? Have all the usual staples, flour, choc, cocoa powder etc.. Thanks in advance
