Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Which is more comfortable, mountain or road clothing?

I'm doing a bit of cycling on weekends, about 60-80km on a Sunday, at a fairly easy going pace. I ride a hybrid.

I was wondering which is more comfortable mountain bike or road bike clothing? Or are they much the same? I'm not on any serious mountain bike trails (occasional rough path) and I'm not too worried about my speed.

Road lycra is frankly more comfortable but you look like you do wearing it. If on the road in a country that does not have issues about modesty I would wear it.

Oh go on blorg, just give us a hint. You're bursting to tell, aren't you?

My guess is: crossing the Empty Quarter in Thesiger's footsteps, eh, tyre tracks.
