    Depends on what you mean by city buses.

    No for City Direct.
    Yes for Bus Éireann's Galway city services.
    (More details of fares for both)

    I think that the page which Ruthee linked to applies to Bus Éireann's regional/commuter services, rather than city ones (I could be wrong, they may be selling city tix at the student unions).

    For other regional buses to and from Galway city (eg Farrells, Healy, Burkes, etc) you need to check with the particular company - I haven't tried to make a summary page 'cos it would be too hard to keep it up to date.
