Anyone know where I could pick up a cheapo rain mac in the city? Like the ones you'd see people going around in at wet music festivals

i got a white and green one in dunnes for a tenner a couple of weeks ago, its a wind breaker as well

I got one in Dunnes before pretty cheaply. But in a heavy shower it won't keep you dry.
