Repair of Insitu internal Concrete Formwork

    Looking for tips or reference material on how to repair a newly constructed internal insitu concrete formwork. This is for a fireplace / chimney breast. Original formwork constructed was poor. Need to know if it is repairable, or if it needs to be redone by demolishing existing structure & rebuilding. Thx.

    Formwork refers generally to the timber/steel/etc structure used to support the concrete when it is poured.

    I suspect that the formwork yielded under the pressure and the resultant concrete works are crap.

    To decide on what can be done can you post a few pics please
