(Looks like last week never happened... moving along...)

Members and guests are welcome along to these events. If you're a guest, please make sure and let us know you'll be coming by so we can make sure someone will be there to greet you. (Whereas if you like to gamble, drop by anytime and just ring the buzzer!)

    Monday, 11th October:
Electronics and Micro Controller Group night, from 7pm Some info on members projects: we hope to do some experiments with Texas Instruments LaunchPad (
http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/MSP430_LaunchPad_%28MSP-EXP430G2%29), we are planning to use a MSP430 part as the MCU in an upcoming event. We will be trying out a data logging shield for the arduino (http://www.nuelectronics.com/estore/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=20).

    Tuesday, 12th October:
Lockpicking Group night, from 7pm (a brave stand-in host has been arranged as the organiser is unable to attend)

    Wednesday, 13th October:
Computing, Programming and Networking Group Night, from 7pm

    Saturday & Saturday, 16/17th October:
Synchronous Hackathon, from about noon each day. I'd like to make this Hallowe'en themed, but I may be the only one. You'll know me by the cackling. This is the 12th event, next month is the 1 year anniversary! Time to start thinking up big, collaborative projects!

hmmm , prizes of baked goods or alcohol for people who come in some form of costume perhaps ?

That may be an idea for the Social, but I reckon could be dangerous if you're making anything!
