how to un-subscribe from a forum i no longer have access to

Hi guys, having a small problem with a forum i subscribed to. Its CAFC. I subscribed to it when i was a member, but due to my inactivity i had my permission revoked :/ i tried to remove it from the "my forums" list, but it doesnt show up in my user cp to remove it or un-subscribe. any help?
