Recommend a good postgrad in dublin or sydney

I am looking for a recommendation for a masters that would work well with the aim of becoming a companies financial director or that could be tailored to suit an entrepreneur of a young manufacturing company. i would be interested in courses within driving distance of dublin or a one year course in sydney australia. thanks.
