I stopped smoking cannabis 12 weeks ago , today I stop smoking cigarettes.

I want this more than anything.

I never want to smoke again .

I will post here when I'm desperate - and try and update regularly .

    Thanks all .

    Good luck. Keep us updated.

Remember not to think about quitting as 'giving something up' or as making a sacrifice. Most people don't enjoy the majority of cigarettes they smoke, they're just feeding the addiction. If you're constsntly thinking about the pleasure you're giving up it will make your steadfastness to quit waver.
Focus on this plus on the immeasurable benefits that you'll reap from becoming a non-smoker.

Good luck!! you can do it! Just remember there are no benefits to smoking, not one! it doesnt relax you, it doesnt make a night on the beer any better, all it does is kill you.

Hope it goes well, keep us updated.
