    Hi Guys,

I am looking to buy a pull out, swivel and (possibly) tilt wall bracket for a 40 inch LCD TV (Samsung LE40B650). Something along the lines of the The Alphason AB-LU703MA. I would love to buy one in a shop so if there are any issues I can easily return it.

    Could you recommend a bracket?

    regards,
    Dara

    Hi Dara.

We have a bracket that is a swivel and tilt bracket for a 40" or up to a 60" actually.

It's priced at £99.95. On a boardie price, we could do it for £69.95 with delivery at £11.99.

I have included a picture which isn't great but it's a pretty substantial bracket and I would think that compared to the Alphasson it would be a bit cheaper but do a similar job....it may not look as nice though.

Let me know what you think.

    Cheers

    Dave

Dave, would this bracket be suitable for a 37" panasonic plasma? I'llsee if I can find out the weight of it.
    Thanks,
    Moo

Edit: it 27kg should be fine I reckon.

Hi I recently bought a Philips 46" 8600 TV, so I'd love a fully moveable bracket to mount this on.
Can you tell me the exact Brand and model of the bracket above?
I just need the dimensions of the part of the bracket that will connect to the wall.
I saw a bracket that looks similar in HN, but it cost over 200 Euro.
The wall I want to mount on is a stud plasterboard wall, but I'd be drilling into the brick behind it for total support.
But I'm restricted in the height of the part of the bracket that would be connected to the wall.
I have a unit with a hole in it for the bracket to go into, but the hole is about 10 inches in height.
    Will the bracket fit?

    Thanks,
    Joe

    Hi Dave,
Thanks for the reply. I found a another bracket, Sonus VMF220, which looks OK and fits the bill. I have seen the one in your picture, it's a little bit industrial ;). Thanks anyway.

JoeBaz - be careful if you are mounting a bracket on a drylined wall, you'll need to brace the area between your stud and the brick wall, otherwise the bracket will just punch through. I have insulated dry lined wall and I cut out a square piece and backfilled it with a sheet or two or plywood. Then I just put a small sheet of plasterboard over the top.
    regards,
    Dara
