Is Hiding your wireless SSID really more secure?

    They are quite right,

    Hiding SSID is worthless.
    Hiding SSID makes so many Gadgets not work right.
    It's not meant to work like that.

    WPA (AES rather than TKIP) with at least 20 characters of UPPER, lower and numbers of gibberish. Nothing in a dictionary, no names or words with numbers added or replaced. Brute force is really the only realistic hack so a gibberish semi random key is what you need.

    Don't forget to change Webpage admin password to avoid attacks via your browser visiting an evil site. (Drive by DNS poisoning)

    As semi-random gibberish is the key to password security, I shall sub-contract setting of same to Bertie A, bless him.

    I'm afraid his utterances are not poor enough for a pass key.

    It turns out Monkeys are no good either and unlikely to come up with literature even given infinite time and Monkeys as they like pressing the same few keys.
