Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All

Recently had a virus on my pc which meant that i needed to get windows reinstalled among other things

The problem I have now is that the computer does not seem to recognise that my monitor is where my speakers are and says that there is no volume device installed. I went through the control panel and clicked through all the add harware stuff but I didnt get any results

Anyone know how i can fix this?

    Thanks

Right click on My Computer - Properties - Hardware Tab - Device Manager. If there's any icons in that list with a yellow question mark it means that there are no drivers installed for the device.

Right click on the item with the question mark and go to Update Driver (you may need to expand or click on the '+' sign to do this) and click ok.

If you have the drivers cd that your machine came with I'd put that in now.

Also if you can't find your drivers download Device Doctor.

    http://www.devicedoctor.com/device-doctor-download.php

Run that and it'll search for any missing/updates for drivers. I wouldn't risk updating though, just download the audio driver.
