Countries open for intercountry adoption - help needed to improve information quality

    We are compiling a list of countries that will be "open" after the 1st November 2010.

    Nothing is set and decided yet, but the list is trying to already assess two things:
    - Which are "sending" countries;
    - What Hague countries do not need working agreements before adopters can contact them;
    - What Hague countries require a working agreement (e.g., South-Africa)

    And we will keep updating it with the info above, and of course with the LGBT status of these countries... but that is easier to find out.

    Any addition or correction is welcome!
