tax on kindle

Hi, Quick question for someone who has received latest kindle. I have already paid tax at 21% - I received the cover from dhl but they charged tax on it. Where you charged the same tax when you received the kindle. Is this customs or vat? Thanks for any advice.

If you buy the kindle from amazon then all taxes/charges are included as you pay an import fees deposit.
