Text messages an hour behind

Any text my wife gets is time stamped an hour behind the time sent. I've checked the gmt time settings all are they should be. And the worst thing is it's not exactly an hour out about 57 mins. Only happens when she receives a text. Phone is nokia something wig O2 Ta R

Have you checked the DST (Daylight Saving Time) settings when you are setting the time and date. It should be set at +1. Seems to be the main cause of messages showing up an hour behind. Might be worth checking if an updated simcard is available also.
