Down here in Tipp : can't receive/send text messages and telephone calls.

    This is a first.

Anyone else experiencing "network failed" messages on O2?

    Thanks

    I'm on pay as you go : can't send/receive a text.

    Can't make/receive a phonecall either.

    Strange.

Phone is fully charged and I've plenty of credit on my phone!

It was odd because the wife's on the same network (O2) and she couldn't access the network from her phone either.

Anyway both problems are solved now.

    Thanks for your help.

The amount of issues doing that fixes is staggering, I dont get why people think an electronic device left turned on 24/7 for months and years at a time wont have some issues unless its reset. I had a guy one day who had never switched off his phone, he didnt even know where the power button was!
