What's the difference between a graduate certificate and a postgraduate certificate?

Hello all As the title says, what's the difference between a graduate certificate and a postgraduate certificate? Am I right in thinking they are the same, i.e. in Europe we tend to say postgraduate certificate whereas in the US they tend to say graduate certificate? Thanks

As the title says, what's the difference between a graduate certificate and a postgraduate certificate?

They are the same thing. In the US your postgrad degree is your graduate degree. Likewise for the certificates.
