Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey Ronan... I caught that too - very interesting. My only gripe was that they name-checked Bill Mitchell (Henry even said he'd telephoned him) but didn't include him in the item...
    Still an excellent package though...

A mate of mine is male voice on a station, does v/os for TV3 and other commercial stuff.

Unless you're one of the very few highly sought-after v/o artists there's not much money in it here, there are so many people hawking their vocal chords around.

    A.

Oh dear...So who did Henry say he'd telephoned? Did one of those guys not say he worked with him last year? eek...

Yeah, I imagine the money isn't great. You'd probably have to go to the UK or States to find a market big enough to sustain a dedicated career.

I heard that piece Ronan, and it was excellent.. interesting that he pretty much gave up acting for the stability of the voiceover work...
