Cost of living information please

Hi My name Matt and I am new to this website. I am basically looking for some general information regarding living costs in Co.Wexford. If anybody can answer the following questions for me, it would be much appreciated.
1) If renting a property, what additional taxes have to be paid? i.e council tax etc
2) Average cost of fuel?
3) Average price for a pint of Ale?
4) Cost of Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewage
5) Average cost of Internet/phone line

Pint of Ale? Don't drink it. Lager is around 4.20 a pint so Ale is a bit cheaper.
Broadband: Try Eircom,Permanet or Ripplecom and(Imagine Wimax if you live in Wexford Town or Enniscorthy) Stay away from the dongles if you want decent broadband.
Coal-anything from 14 to 18 euro a bag.

Generally charges relating to services are included in your rent apart from electricity and bins.
