Prepay package that favours international calls/texts

    Just inquiring for my new housemate, she's Spanish and wants to get a prepay Irish sim. Anyone recommend a plan that's biased towards cheap international calls/texts? Thanks!

    O2/Vodafone have Intl webtexts, use Cabbage from the phone.

    Tesco is probably cheapest for calls, Vodafone next cheapest.
    http://1call.ie from O2, or http://www.gocall.ie/ from Three give cheap calls indirectly.

    If she has a phone with Skype and a prepay network which offers a data plan (i know 3 do, and Meteor too maybe) she can get very cheap calls to Spain
