Bord gais or airtricity

I'm sure its been done to death , so I apologise if I missed an up to date thread. Currently with ESB , want to change to either Bord gais or airtricity to save a few euro on electricity. Who's cheapest and has the most reliable customer service and who makes switching is pain free?
