UPC and tinypic.com

I know this isn't really a tech support forum, but is anybody else having trouble with tinypic and UPC?

I can't get anywhere near the tinypic.com domain, it's perpetually "loading". I can't view images based on iXX.tinypic.com or visit the homepage. Running a traceroute I see the following:

Also, I can resolve the domain name, so I don't believe this to be a DNS issue.

That's the end of my tracert.. every other hop was the same.

Also using UPC in Dublin and working ok and was able to upload a picture to test.

Cheers for checking folks, no idea wtf is up with it so. I've rebooted the router and everything looks fine my end but I still can't get on

*Edit* - It's something on my machine anyways, one of the lads came back with his laptop and I can get on it fine with that. Off I go on the bughunt. Cheers again
