Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I tried to sign on about 2 months ago, I got the home visit but it was very early, the guy seemed not to be in good form ( not that he was rude) but he basically asked me two questions and left without telling me how I or when I would be notified.

How can I find out the progress of my claim? the reason being i will probably be starting work in 3 weeks time, but until then I really need the back pay as in my 6 months of not earning I ran up some very heavy bills. My new job wont cover this stuff.

Go into the office you orginally lodged your claim with and ask for a status update.

If you are polite about the whole thing you shouldn't get any negative effect from dropping into them.
