    She deserves to be punished for what she did. Did she ever give an explanation?

    You have to love how they call it "alleged"... she was filmed doing it. There's not much "alleged" about it.

    I say lock her in a bin for 15 hours herself, without telling her in advance how long she'd going to be in there. See how she likes it.

    All offences are "alleged" until you're proven guilty in court, that's the way it works, regardless of the level of evidence.

    What she did was utterly rotten alright but since that she has had death threats , hate mail and has been signed off sick from work.
    I agree she will only get a fine ( if convicted that is ) but she has already suffered much worse punishment.

    The 'new' Mary Bale is the guy caught on CCTV abandoning his dog - can't wait for the law( and Media ) to catch up with him ;)
