Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Great ball in by Wilshere and awareness from Lansbury. Awful, awful defending though!

Three awful tackles on Wilshere in the space of three minutes.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,605 ✭✭✭Fizman

Wilshere is on another level to the Spurs boys on the pitch, and they know it going by the late tackles on him so far.

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,692 ✭✭✭✭OPENROAD

Really need to make this possession count.

    Pav is very greedy.

Is Gibbs playing at full back or on the wing?!

EDIT: He's full back. Bloody hell he loves to get forward!

Yeah I've seen him play other games at left back but thought they might have done a Gareth Bale on him for tonight!

Is it just me or does the ref seem to be getting in the way a lot?

Sad really that they have to resort to that kind of crap.

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,692 ✭✭✭✭OPENROAD

    Thought Gibbs was just onside

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 31,951 ✭✭✭✭Mars Bar

That's cruel, Gibbs was well onside. In a position strikers would love to be!

Saw the ball coming a mile off, fair play to the linesman for preventing more red faces for Spurs.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,043 ✭✭✭✭L'prof

    Onside, FFS

there wasn't much of anything, just fractionally clipped him

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,190 ✭✭✭✭IvySlayer

If Wenger was on the sidelines, he would've extended his touchline ban screaming at the ref.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,065 ✭✭✭MaxPower89

Competant piece of defending from Koscielny there.

I wouldn't miss the ball by that much unless I'd just been in a DeLorean.

    What?!

A reference to Back to the Future, it was a ridiculously late "tackle", I was saying the only excuse for doing it would be unexpected time travel.

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,692 ✭✭✭✭OPENROAD

Arsenal robbed of a second goal there, clearly onside :(

Oh right, have ya now! :pac:

Rosicky made a meal of it though so I don't feel sorry for him.

If you see another replay his ankle got trapped a bit, he was lucky it was so late that he almost missed him.

Robbie Keane on for Giovanni. Aaron Lennon is on for Livermore.

    Fair enough

Bloody hell but Keane is annoying. Always complaining to the ref and throwing his two hands in the air.

    And he scores.
