Unable to phone vodafone from 3

My daughter last week changed from meteor to Vodafone. Since then I can't contact her from my 3 phone. Talked to 3 twice, they tell me it's a voda issue. Strange thing is I can text her, so 3 network can route something to her phone. Can call her from landline and from vodafone.

She's phoned vodafone twice who are 'looking into it'.

Is there a vodafone rep on boards?
