    Hi all,
I can't seem to find an answer to a query I have about signing off anywhere and can't get through to my local office. I wen't into my local office a week and a half ago to sign off, that was grand, I received a cheque in the post a few days later but I also recieved the green docket that you post back to your local office. I want to know what do I do with the green docket if I'm signed off the dole?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The docket was probably issued before you signed off. if you have signed off there is nothing to worry about.

If you receive another Check, then there is somehting to worry about, and i would suggest getting in touch with the local office at that point.

You can now sign off online.. I did it a while ago..

The only problem was that when I signed off- it stated that my final week would be sent in the post.. which it wasn't. It was sent to the post office and I didn't know and then it defaulted. So I had to wait weeks to get it as the local office never answers their phone so I made a complaint!

So make sure you check you post office the week after you sign off.
