problem with UPC

    Basically UPC called up yesterday to fix something, they said something about the modem receiving a signal and then sending it out to be sent back again. They got their ladder and went at the line outside the house.

    Problem is today there is no television signal and the line is definitely damaged, thought the BB is still on. My brother has been on the phone for the last 20 mins but is getting nowhere. There are saying they are not going to send up some people to get it repaired.

    Well then surely they're obliged to fix whatever they damaged!
