Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, I have just completed a masters degree and unfortunately (as in most peoples cases) the companies that were once hiring no longer are. I fear I could be waiting awhile to get a job and desperately need some money to cover bills/loan repayments etc. I am living out of home, over 25 and currently earning nothing at all. I am living with my sister and her partner but receive nothing from them. I have been getting by on my student loan but that's now gone. Any help at all would be most appreciated.

I'll do that but I was just worried that having just finished in college would preclude me from receiving it?

Yes you are correct, you need to be out of full time education for 3 months before you will be entitled to any payment

As you've completed your degree studies, you would be eligible immediately.

This is only if you have just completed your leaving certificate. You don't qualify for payment until 3 months after your final exam.
College students can claim once their course is finished.
